Cabuyao is divided into eighteen barangays in the province of Laguna, Philippines. The largest barangay in terms of land area is Marinig, but Barangay Mamatid has the highest population. Barangay Mamatid has a total land area of 260 hectares (2.6 square kilometers).



They are well-known for their fiesta preparations, which include various types of festival dances, beautiful clothes and colorful props that can be seen on the road, and the sound of bands from various locations. Many people get up early to watch the parade because it provides unique entertainment; additionally, you can participate in various games and win various prizes.  One of their activities is the Mr. and Mrs. mamatid, where the youth of their barangay can showcase their talent and abilities. They also value equality through ms gay, which provides opportunities for LGBTQIA+ people to showcase their talents and prove their worth in our society.



                                             





                                                                                     


When the holiday season approaches, big lanterns and sparkling lights can be seen, and they open up a place where you can taste different types of food, so many people from different barangays in Cabuyao come here to have fun and enjoy themselves.if you are looking for silence and want to express your faith you can go to St. Vincent Ferrer parish

One of the most popular cafes in barangay Matatid, is Nayon Kape. known for their cool and airy environment that can definitely bring you peace of mind. You can do more than just drink coffee here because they have toys like uno cards and jengga that you can use to have fun and entertainment.



   

If you want to watch the sunset, a beautiful and peaceful view, you can go to what they called “bukid” where you can eat a lot of street food, sit and feel the nature. take a walk and breathe in the fresh air.
